At Mocares Charity Foundation, we believe no one should go to bed hungry, lack access to education, or be denied healthcare because of poverty. Since 2018, we’ve worked tirelessly to uplift vulnerable communities across Ogun State by providing food, education, and free medical care. Our vision is a state where every child learns, every youth thrives, and every elder ages with dignity.

OUR STORY
From Humble Beginnings to Lifesaving Impact
Mocares Charity Foundation was born out of a simple act of kindness. In 2021, our founder, Moyosore Oladeinde, distributed food packages to 250 families in Sagamu during a severe economic downturn. The overwhelming gratitude and urgent need she witnessed inspired her to formalize this effort into a movement. Over the years, we have expanded our programs to include education and health initiatives, impacting thousands of lives.

Key Initiatives:

• Food Bank: Providing nutritious meals to families in need.

• Education Programs: Scholarships, school supplies, and mentorship.

• Health Outreach: Medical care and health education for underserved communities.

• Ogun State Unity Marathon: An annual event to raise funds for housing projects.

Key Milestones:

• 2022: Launched the first Mocares Food Bank in Abeokuta, serving 1,000+ families annually.

• 2023: Expanded to education, sponsoring 500 out-of-school children.

• 2024: Introduced mobile healthcare clinics for elderly citizens in rural areas.

• 2025: Pioneering Ogun State’s first 32km marathon to combat homelessness and hunger.
